/ __/ / / _// / . ||//.\/ ./ /_/ /_/_/|_|_/\_/_/\_\ This release is dedicated to my mother, Cheryl, on her birthday. When I was young, you gave me the basis I needed to succeed. You filled my brain with all the right tools. When I got older, you pushed me when I would not push myself. I'm sorry that sometimes I pushed back more than I pushed myself. When I was old enough, you let go knowing it was now up to me. I hope that I make you proud, because you deserve to be. The best I can do is to strive to be as good for my children as you were for me. =================================================================================== GameName: Bubble Train Version: 2-19-06 Author: Flavor WWW: http://www.personal.triticom.com/~erm/GP2X/ GPL: Yes Description: Bubble Train is a puzzle game in which you must eliminate all the bubbles on the track before you can proceed to the next round. =================================================================================== Gameplay Basics --------------- - The bubble at the end of the train always pushes the other bubbles forward - If any bubble reaches the end of the track, you lose. - Shoot bubbles from the cannon onto the train. - When the train has 3 (or more) bubbles of the same color together, they will dissappear from the train. - If you remove all of the bubbles from the train, you win. - Bubbles dissappearing from the train may cause gaps. - If a gap has bubbles of the same color on each end, the gap will close itself. - On the cannon, you can see the currently loaded bubble and the bubble to be loaded next. - You can swap the current and next bubbles once per current/next pair. =================================================================================== Other Info ---------- - You can define your own keys in the "Options" menu. - You can replace any graphics/sounds/music/levels with your own. - Open the .XML files in a text editor if you are curious about making your own graphics/sounds/music/levels. - There is a level editor for the PC version of Bubble Train, and you could use it to make levels and convert them for use with the GP2X. Note that if you convert levels, all values are 40% of the original. - Bubble Train is developed under the GPL.
